History
Started brewing in September 2005 originally using the name Shakespear's Brewery. A 2½BBL plant was used which had been intended for a overseas brewery. At the end of October 2006, the name was changed owing to trademark issues. The brewery closed towards the end of 2006.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
