History
In 2004 a new company was set up to recreate the beers produced during the 1980s by Devanha Brewery. These beers are brewed under contract at Isle of Skye Brewery. The brewing of these beers had ceased by 2010.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
