History
Started brewing in early 2001 making bottle conditioned ales only although at times an occasional cask was available. The brewery ceased production during Summer 2004. However the plant and name were sold to new owners, believed to be in South Wales but nothing materialised.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
