History
Started brewing in October 2006. A 4BBL plant installed by PBC Brewery Installations Ltd was used. The brewery closed in Spring 2009 and the plant was sold to Oban Ales Ltd.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
