History
Started brewing in February 2007. A 1BBL plant, made by Grange Engineering of Tutbury, in brewer's private garage. A second 6BBL plant, supplied by PBC Brewery Installations Ltd, was installed at Oakfield Farm, Belper Road, Stanley Common, Ilkeston, DE7 6FP in July 2010. The brewery closed in February 2020.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
