History
Started brewing in November 1993 in an 18th century water mill. A 20BBL plant was used. Taken over by Aviemore in Spring 2000 following financial problems. Brewing continued on site for a short period before all production was transferred to Aviemore.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
