History
Brewing started in August 1993. The 15BBL plant, which was fabricated on the island and self-built, is situated in an 18th-century barn on Barnsley Farm, Bullen Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 1QF. Relocated to a new building at the same location in June 2008 to allow for an expansion. The brewery relocated once more in 2023.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
