History
Brewing started in 2011, using contract brewers and spare capacity. Brewing finally started on its own plant in early 2016. A second main production site opened in Autumn 2022 at St Ives Brewery Limited (Production Site), but a smaller test brewery still exists at this original site.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
