History
Started brewing in February 1983 using a 5BBL plant located in the cellar of the pub. It was refurbished in 1995. Brewing was suspended during the early part of 2001 and the equipment was removed before the end of the year.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
