History
First brewed in June 2012, a 4BBL plant is used. In 2016 a second site was opened at Hop Kettle Brewery (Swindon). In Summer 2019, the pub was sold to St Austell Brewery Co. Ltd but brewing will still continue there. In Summer 2020 a third site was opened at Hop Kettle Tap & Brew.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
