History
Brewing started in 1792, it was acquired by Devenish in 1934. It was purchased by a management buy out in 1991, contract brewing for other breweries, particularly focusing on the supermarket branded beer. It restarted brewing its own brand beer in 1998. It suspended brewing its own brands during early 2002 but restarted again later that year. The brewery went into liquidation at the beginning of 2004 and closed during March of that year.

The links we provide cover all areas possibilities: Ceremonial Counties which are the counties for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed, Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation and Local Authority which represents the third tear District level.
