History
Set up by the Brakspear Pub Company behind one of the flagship Henley pubs and not to be confused with the Brakspear brewed under contract by Marstons, the brewpub first brewed on 4th April 2013 using a 4BBL plant supplied by PBC Brewery Installations Ltd. Brewing ceased in 2020.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
