History
Initially a contract brewer whose beers were produced at Belvoir Brewery Ltd. In 2016 they took over the former premises of Alcazar Brewery. Hollow Stone beers are also brewed here.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
