History
A combined meadery, distillery, brewery and cider house that opened in 2014 initially at Unit 19 Irlam Business Centre, Soapstone Way, Irlam, Manchester, M44 6RA. Small-scale, mainly bottled beers, were occasionally until production ceased around mid-2016. In 2018 they relocated to their current site where mead and spirits are still produced.
