History
Although primarily a brewing school occasionally beer was commercially sold from mid-2019. The brewery also cuckoo brews, mostly at Belleville, using the Ricardo's Cellar name. Brewing ceased at some point during the Covid pandemic.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
