History
First brewed 11th January 2007. The 3½BBL plant was previously used at Fantasy Brewery. A second brewery, Ashover Brewery, in Clay Cross opened in 2015. Brewing ceased at this site in 2019 following the sale of the pub to Titanic Brewery Co Ltd.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
