History
Started brewing in April 1996, the beers being given a kitchen theme because the brewer had previous experience as a Chef. The plant had a capacity of 10BBL. Many beers were brewed with fruit, vegetables, herbs or spices added during the brew. The brewery also produced more conventional beers under the name of The Huddersfield Brewing Company. The brewery went into receivership in March 2001. The plant was used as the basis of Owl Brewing Co Ltd.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
