History
Started brewing in December 1982. The brewery was originally located in an industrial estate, on Addison Road, Sudbury, built on the site of a previous Mauldons Brewery owned by ancestors of the original owner. It was taken over by new owners in 2000. During August and September 2004 they moved their offices to the current location and the brewery followed in early 2005. The brewery changed hands in Autumn 2019.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
