History
Launched in June 1998, initially using the name Blencowe Brewing Company. A 2BBL plant was used initially based at Exeter Arms, 28 Main Street, Barrowden, Oakham, LE15 8EQ. The brewery changed its name to Barrowden during Summer 2005 following the sale of the business. Following the sale of the pub in mid 2016 the brewery relocated and renamed to the current version. Brewing had ceased by mid-2018.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
