History
Most of the former Passageway Brewing Company was relocated to the cellar of the Baltic Fleet pub. The brewery reopened under new ownership and as Wapping Beers Ltd at the end of January 2002. During 2006, beers from here started appearing under the Connoisseur name, these are brewed by the landlord of the Baltic Fleet. In 2015 the brewery changed its name to the current version. Brewing ceased in late 2016.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
