History
Glasgow's first vegan restaurant, which opened in November 2002, installed a small plant for the production a Kolsch and fermented low alcohol fruit drinks. It was reported that due to problems with local residents, no beer was actually brewed here, but was brewed at Heather and brought to the Mono for conditioning. Within a year, this ceased.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
