History
Started brewing in July 2003 originally as Litton Ales Brewery. A 4BBL plant supplied by PBC Brewery Installations Ltd was used. Brewing ceased in 2010 and restarted at the end of 2017 when using the current name. Brewing had ceased by 2017, the brewery restarted once more as Lamb Brewing Company in 2019.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
