History
Started brewing 30th September 2003. The 4BBL plant was supplied by PBC Brewery Installations Ltd. Following the sale of the pub brewing has been suspended in 2005. The brewery reopened as Taunton Brewing Company Ltd in 2006.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
